- MDIC currently owns and manages twenty-eight commercial, retail and industrial buildings in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. At one point MDIC owned and managed forty-three buildings for a total of over 250,000 square feet of commercial, retail and industrial space. Management activities include marketing, lease negotiation, on site-management and accounting.
- Active investment in commercial properties.
- Subdivision development of improved lots for end user market - home/lot buyers and home builders.
Consultant for owners of real estate projects - including acquisition, planning, entitlements, engineering and development.
MDIC as a member in Harvest Estates Development LLC is currently managing and developing Harvest Development, a thirty-six lot residential community in North Liberty, Iowa - part of the greater Iowa City, Coralville market place.
