MDIC will consider any commercial real estate opportunity that has strong current return or the potential for strong future return through value added activities. Ideally MDIC likes to find projects that are under valued due to some market condition and bring value to the property through it's expertise.

Income Producing, Investment Properties

MDIC will look at any currently existing income producing property so long as the fundamentals of the investment are sound. Ideally MDIC would like to be able to add value to the project, either through renovation, restructuring leases or marketing expertise.

MDIC will consider land acquisition and build to suits for credit tenants or buyers.

Land:

Unimproved Land: MDIC will look at any residential, commercial or mixed use unimproved land as long as it is in a currently developing corridor, or so long as it is in the path of development -

MDIC has no problem assuming the role of Master Developer and developing and marketing entitled land, improved parcels or improved lots - commercial or residential.

What MDIC will not consider:

  • Single Family Residential Dwellings as Investment Properties.
  • Small Quantity Residential Rental Dwellings - Such as duplexes, tri-plexes…etc.
  • Home Building - MDIC is not a home builder.
