- MDIC as a member in Harvest Estates Development, LLC is currently developing a thirty six lot development in North Liberty, Iowa.
- MDIC currently owns and manages twenty-eight commercial, retail and industrial buildings in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Management activities include marketing, lease negotiation, on site-management and accounting.
- MDIC was the developer partner of a forty-two-unit condominium project in Coralville, IA. In 1998 MDIC sold its interest in the project.
