- MDIC, Alan Marks is a consultant for Regency Homes Company in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids Iowa market places. Regency Homes is the largest developer of housing in the Iowa market building over 600 residential units per year. Activities range from assisting in site acquisition and contract negotiation to planning, entitlements, engineering and lot development on selected projects.
- Acted as consultant for the marketing and disposition of a commercial property in the Crystal City, Arlington County, VA.
- Acted as consultant for the market analysis, possible development and disposition of a 940 acre property in Kauai, Hawaii.
- Ongoing consultant for a six hundred acre master planned community in the Fairfield, Iowa.
- MDIC recently acted as a consultant for the construction of a 27,000 square foot office building. The building was unique in that it may be the largest commercial log structure in Iowa and possibly the Midwest.
- MDIC acted as the developer, consultant on a thirteen lot residential development in Fairfield, Iowa.
